ABOUT
The Saint Mary’s College Latinx Association is focused on the enrichment of student networking and increasing the LatinX community in the business world.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Latinx Association is new club under the School of Economics and Business Administration. Our activities will be centered around resume workshops, interview and career preparation sessions, Latinx alumni panels, and overcoming barriers to entry for the Latinx community in business.
AI for Job Search
Led by our esteemed Director of Graduate Career Services, Steve Hernandez, this AI for Job Search session covered a range of essential topics including targeting, Google Gemini, Chat GPT, personal branding, resume best practices, and competency-based interviewing. Steve shared invaluable insights on harnessing AI to enhance the job search process. A huge thank you to the Latinx Association, especially Isaac Serrano Torres (President) and Paula Camacho (Vice President), for spearheading this initiative in collaboration with SEBA's Accounting Association, American Marketing Association, and Data Science Club.
